Advertisements must not mislead the consumer or diminish the quality of user experience in an online medium. Advertisements must not contain questionable techniques of persuasion, e.g. rapidly flashing images, pornography, and misleading phrases (e.g. “you have a virus”, “you received a message”, etc.). A clear, appealing message and efficient design are paramount for good recall and response to advertisements. The content of advertisement should cover the entire advertising space. Advertisements can use personal data if: a company collecting data is clearly displayed; the purpose of collecting data is unambiguously stated; protection of personal data is guaranteed.

TSmedia will implement the click interaction across the entire area of advertisement with image or in HTML format. No implementation on part of the advertiser is necessary.
5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE VIDEO ADVERTISEMENTS
Video advertisements can appear in our media with various dimensions. Therefore we recommend that advertisements are sent to us in high resolution (1920×1080 pixels), in .mp4, .mpeg or.avi format. Other formats are also allowed. All videos will be converted by us in order to ensure the correct format that will be supported by video player, as well as the correct dimensions required by the chosen advertising format.
